{"id":2222,"date":"2018-06-06T10:35:59","date_gmt":"2018-06-06T08:35:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zaharnizavodi.com\/?p=2222"},"modified":"2018-06-06T10:35:59","modified_gmt":"2018-06-06T08:35:59","slug":"zaharni-zavodi-got-an-entry-prospect-for-a-bond-issue-in-financial-supervision-commission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zaharnizavodi.com\/en\/zaharni-zavodi-got-an-entry-prospect-for-a-bond-issue-in-financial-supervision-commission\/","title":{"rendered":"ZAHARNI ZAVODI got an entry prospect for a bond issue in Financial Supervision Commission"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Management Board of Zaharni Zavodi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JSC<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adopted final parameters of the bond issue, in compliance with the GMS decision of 11.08.2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The issue of convertible bonds in an initial public offering is determined as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amount of issue: BGN 20,000,000 (twenty million) levs;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Number of securities: 200 000;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issuing price: 100.00 (one hundred) leva;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The issue will be deemed successful in subscribing 80% of the bonds;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interest rate of 3% (three percent) per year, fixed, payable at 6 (six) months;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Term of the bond loan 7 (seven) years;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Convertible price 7.143 (seven hundred and forty-three levs);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Convertible bond ratio to share 1: 14 (one to fourteen);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two Call options, one on the third year and one on the fifth year.
